Canton Fair Phase 3 draws a mixed crowd: personal care importers, hotel amenity buyers, pet brands, baby retailers and supermarket private-label teams.
Cotton swabs look simple until you start comparing factories. The differences show up in stick material, tip security, packing and how fast a supplier can turn a logo file into a shippable carton.

JinLin will be in Guangzhou for the 140th Canton Fair Phase 3, 31 October to 4 November 2026, booth 【NO.11.1J39】. Below is the short list we walk through with visiting buyers. Use it as a briefing sheet for your team.
1.Stick material before tip shape
Many meetings start with tip photos. In practice, stick choice decides compliance and shelf story first. Bamboo and wood read as plastic-free. Paper sticks suit markets pushing fiber-based consumables. Plastic still works for certain retail price tiers and industrial wiping SKUs. If your brief is “replace plastic by next season,” bring that sentence to the booth—we will put bamboo and paper options on the table first.
2.Tip style matched to channel
Round tips remain the supermarket default. Spiral and finer tips show up more in baby care. Longer sticks appear in pet ear cleaning, where reach matters and loose cotton is a complaint risk. Ask to see how the cotton is locked, not only how it looks in a still photo. A tip that sheds on the first wipe will cost more in returns than it saves on unit price.
3. Packing is half the OEM job
Bags, PP boxes, paper boxes, blister cards and hotel sachets behave differently on shelf and in freight. Private-label buyers should bring artwork rules early: logo size, barcode zone, language panels, FSC or recyclability claims. We can run from stick selection to printed outer pack, but clear artwork saves a round of sampling.
4. Certificates need a market filter
ISO 9001, FSC, CE, GOTS and BSCI each answer a different buyer question. EU grocery, US e-commerce and hotel chains rarely ask for the same stack. Tell us the selling country and channel; we will map which documents matter for that listing instead of handing over a full folder you do not need.
5. Make the booth meeting short on purpose
A useful visit usually covers four points: target market, stick preference, packing type, and rough volume for the first trial. Twenty minutes is enough if those four are ready. WhatsApp +86 18770352401 or jinlinindustrial@dxjlsy.com to lock a slot. Samples can be staged before you arrive if you write a few days ahead.
Phase 3 is busy. A booked time beats circling the hall twice. If you miss us on site, the same conversation continues by WhatsApp after the fair.
